HPMI Inc uses the latest technology to bring our customers the best possible quality and experience in the industry. We utilize 7 CNC lathes and two 7-axis Swiss-type CNC lathes. 3 of our lathes are fed by bar feeders that allow us to have a through capacity up to 1-3/8”. We have the capability to support material up to 7” OD bases on customer requirements. 
 

 At HPMI, we pride ourselves on our work and our capabilities. Our CNC Swiss machines allow speed and flexibility to deliver repeatable quality for precision machining requirements of the modern-day customer. Our standard customer working tolerance are to +/-0.001” with many parts having requirements to +/-0.0005” with surface finishes of <4Ra.
 

All of our deburring and preparation work is completed in house utilizing the latest in deburring and polishing technologies. Our deburring process is all automated, allowing for unparalleled repeatability and quality. This allows us at HPMI to maintain and exceed our customers “zero burr policy.”
